OTYOUNGTAE
OTYOUNGTAE is a Hip Hop artist from Elizabeth City, North Carolina known for his most recent album 25 and popular tracks such as “Dope Slang” and “Charity Event”. I had a great opportunity working with OTYOUNGTAE by designing most of his album covers and cover art for his music projects. Some of those projects consist of “25” the album, “No More Invitations” the album and the “Confessions: EP”.
PO’ UP! card GAME
PO' UP! (Pour Up) Card Game is a Black culture–inspired drinking and conversation card game that celebrates and highlights the shared experiences of Black millennials and Gen Z. As a Video Editor and Graphic Design Intern, my tasks were to record and edit events and live game shows to create short and long-form content for social media. I also designed specialized flyers for a specific event for each member that was a part of the live game show.

While I was a student at Elizabeth City State University, I did a lot of freelance work designing and making graphics during the athletic season. I also included some student athletes in a capstone project I did that focused on boosting the exposure of ECSU athletes. The idea came from another idea prior to the capstone project which was the thought of creating sports cards for HBCUs. I was shocked at the fact that no card manufacturing company made trading cards for HBCUs, so I decided to do it myself.
